This is inspired by the clown from the madness animations on newgrounds by Krinkels.
I did it all in Adobe Flash CS3, the textures were added using masks and then changing the properties to multiply and then setting the Alpha to a desired percentage.
Time to complete: 1 hour, 30 minutes
