One of the first of the DXN line of robots made by an amateur scientist, his albeit limited design paves way for a plethora of potential. His retractable and detachable scythes that are noticed to be almost dangerously sharp, are most useful in harvesting wheat and cutting weeds on farmsteads. His purpose as a robot is to help with growing agriculture and farming in the year of 20XX, not only having the ability to harvest plants at quicker speeds than a tractor, but also being able to care for animals as well. He also helps in distribution of local and organic goods across the more modernized cities.

However, Scytheman alongside 7 other Robot Masters was one of the first to be reprogrammed and repurposed by the diabolical Dr. Wily in his scheme for world domination. Scytheman, after being repurposed by Wily, now holds more agility than ever before. His limited design is perfect for helping him be quick on his feet, and his new Harvest Scythe now harnesses the ability to cut through hard materials, from concrete to even hard steel.
