A female character?
The white is used graciously well, truely gives the monster a more bold look.
The pumpkins just look a little too "copy and paste" to me however.
Maybe not as many pumpkins, I like the red and green bags.
Possibly another color candy rapper in the monsters mouth too - not all candy is green, although it does give that "inside mouth" feel which i'm sure you were going for. All in all a pretty neat looking creature, freindly enough drawn for children even, with a good concept.
