I just found out Procreate lets you rotscope gifs.... so I did this for fun.. It’s my first time rotoscoping too! I had fun!

I DEF RECOMMEND AN IPAD & PROCREATE!! I did my whole thesis film + all my other animations in it and it’s so dependable and easy to use! :) The rotoscope tool is new I think? Not 100% sure but I never knew about it til now!
