SPIDERSONA: MEET CULTIST SPIDEY! (A.K.A. Bad Luck Peter)

Share

I may have gone a little overboard participating in the Spidersona thing...
BUT OH WELL

Peter has never been more of an unfortunate loser as he is in this alternate reality where the eldritch horrors exist and they're out to become #Spiderman! Say hello to Cultist Spidey!

Also Happy New Years! Can't wait for this nightmare of a year to end. Hope you're all well. :)

I really love the concept of this Spiderman. The body horror bits have your distinct touch added to them, and I like that. The stuff that happens to him is pretty creative as well. The wit in the narration is just like Spiderman. That first panel looks really cool with the thing drilling into his hand. I think you could have gone just a little further with the costume, added more creepy stuff. The panel where he's wearing the costume with his hand morphing seems low-detail and I guess like the linework isn't very good. Overall a cool idea but could have been a little better in some places. Guess you put most of your effort into the body horror lol.

Stradomyre responds:

Thank you! Yeah haha I didn't mean to go this far with this whole thing to begin with so little thought was put into the costume. But after seeing how fun this concept and character was, I'll definitely look into it more. I wanted to change up a lot of his look but by then I had already colored him haha

Cheers man I'm really glad you like it! :D
