this is a great drawing, i love it. everything looks good kinda shakey except for the hair, as stated below me by libarian. :D its great, keep it up!

The shakey lines work pretty well for everything but his skin & hair, so if you do an edit, i suggest straightening those things out.
Cloud looks good.
Your version of him is less intense, but well proportioned, I like it.
