This is such a GOOD art man!

He does look like Klonoa like others stated,but that's a good thing. I never got Klonoa on the wii,but I still actually want it. Klonoa looks like a lot of fun.
back to the art:
It looks like a really cute version of a puss in boots. I really like it! Maybe you could have added a small swors or something....But it looks fine already. The hat was really nice. It did not really gave the felling of puss in boots but I think it's fitting for this drawing. This is my favorite art on all newgrounds. I strongly recommend watching some more art of this guy (or gal) if you like this.

It's Klonoa's long lost cousin! xD (not meaning in bad way)
He has a simular face, and you could say the tail is one of Klonoa's ears.
Seriously, he could appear in one of the Klonoa games, perhaps (if not as cousin) can be someone who helps Klonoa through some kind of fairy tale land or something .... O.o
