Amphibia is a show I really love and I'm ashamed that I didn't make more fanart of it. This one in particular I really like the idea of, Marcy Wu being the nerd that she is would make a great Glitch Tech. I also tried out lighting highlights and some layer mask in Krita, I tried using the mask before but only know did I realized that the way I using it was mapping it to the pen and not the layer itself. Thanks to my friend Arkneyom for giving me a few tips.

The lighting highlights aren't much just a bit of shine on her armor, ear piece & I did the hair gloss too. I also used a darkening mask for the shade, not sure if it's noticeable or not. I also added a dissolve effect for the visor because the Glitch techs visors kind of have that coded static-like effect.

I also had a hard time understanding lighting and how it bounces around but with the my better understanding of how the layer mask work with it I'm more confident with handling shading better with my drawings to come.

Also I added a gradient background to the Newgrounds pic because I don't like Newground's black default background when with pics that have a lot of dark colors.
