The model is alright, but I think the materials on the beard, hair and shirt look very flat and textureless, the pose feels stiff, and the lighting with white lamps and a lack of background make the scene look boring. Try using HDRIs (from Polyhaven or something) next time, they get you exiting lighting easily!
