I thought it was Outis in the Seven Association Identities but it's Dante from LoR from a General Reception! :)

I love the Project Moon with Library of Ruina being my favorite out of the 3 games. Limbus has a slightly better story but the gameplay is visually appealing but not too interesting due to not enough strategy that isn't just hit Win Rate and done xD
