Wow, Interesting history, I like it (And I like the character).
I grew to love Valerie Lilac so much that when her d&d story ended, I wasn't ready to part with her! So I rebooted her in my Steampunk historical fantasy universe. She is much like her last iteration, a once officer of the now nation of Avalon that she left because her hometown of New Leodin was falling under a wave of crime and violence while the Avalonian government was busy dealing with ever booming expansion of their empire and the industry that came with that. She left the military to act as a vigilante to protect the working class from underbelly crime families hoping to exploit them.
Valerie Lilac peers down from the rooftops, her mind wandering a moment to the state of her home town and the empire she once fought so bravely for could leave it's capital city's working class in such disrepair.
Suddenly, she spies flickering lights below just barely revealing the cloaks of two bandits tailing an unsuspecting couple.
Silently the bandits tiptoe from cover to cover as the couple laugh and hold each other's hands. Their young love without care in the world.
The bandits silently pull their daggers and a pistol from their leather pockets, a subtle sound Ms. Lilac knew all too well. Now.
The rabbit pulls the collar over her coat up, and she leaps from the rooftop down to the street below. Just behind them with a whoosh as she lands, with her azure steel sabre pulled from the scabbard on her hip. She places that tip of her curved blade on one of their arms with one warning.
"Your only chance, drop them and leave."
They both make a swing with their blades, all too slow as Valerie elegantly parries their daggers and renders their to where they are quickly no threat. Bloodied and afraid the bandits turn and run! By the time the couple turns to hear the commotion, the street is completely empty except for an azure blur blending into the foggy Avalon sky.
Valerie sighs with relief as she was able to help that couple from what could have been a cruel fate. However her moment of celebration does not last, as she can spot two women. Appearing to be a skunk and a raccoon being tailed rather closely by two rats. Hopefully they won't need her help, but best to observe just in case. A lady's work is never done, but this was good work worth doing.

Thank you very much! Doing the silly lore dumps is almost as fun to me as actually drawing out the character. Especially for Valerie, I'm glad you like her!
