On this day 30 years ago, a talking tomato and his dancing, singing cucumber buddy were introduced to the world in a little direct-to-video cartoon series called VeggieTales. Since then, that show has taught millions of kids (and adults as well) with enjoyable stories, entertaining characters, valuable lessons, and silly songs, and has grown into a pop cultural phenomenon, inspiring TV shows, movies, CDs, books, merchandise, online videos, memes... yes, even parodies! Now, I grew up watching VeggieTales, and yes, I am a big fan of that. So for this occasion, this is the result! Happy birthday, VeggieTales!
