I'm getting better at hiding my mistakes, and don't you worry, there are a lot of mistakes here. I won't point them out one by one, you can probably see them too. My shadow placement is getting better, at least when the light source is very specific and directed. My anatomy is slowly improving as well. My biggest problem right now is how slowly I work, since I spend a lot of time experimenting. If I want to draw more elaborate pieces, or comics or something like that, I'm going to have to work faster.
