This poster was inspired by a dream I had when I was a kid. I saw something with an expression that looked like a mash up between a smile and a frown. I always wanted to find a way to capture that expression, so I thought, why not make an emoji out of that.

Well yes and no. It's not physically injured. I'm mostly showing positive and negative in as beautiful and disturbing as I possibly can. All those injured looks are not physical, but how it feels emotionally, for half the time of it's life. But the idea is, that no matter how ugly it looks, it's still a part of it that it has to accept. The balance of good and bad.
