Thirty-eighth in a series of character illustrations for my series, Cobalt Rogue. The Fallen Angel, a powerful though repressed entity claiming to be the initial ruler of hell before Lucifer was ejected from heaven as a consequence of his coup. After being dethroned by Lucifer, the entity's original name was wiped from all realms, and now he haunts the forgotten, darkest corners of the old domains in search of vengeance. He believes Damian and the power contained within him to be his key to reclaiming his throne from Lucifer.
