He's the boss!
I like it!
For some odd reason, he reminds me of Freaky Fred from Courage the Cowardly Dog. The drawing is very bizarre, yet quite well-done. Great job! :D

..boss of? the black background really makes "the boss" stand out, making him even more creepy. love the fetures on his face too, really hard to sketch without a source!
