Quiet Winter Night (Wandering Season)

This is my entry for Jazza's March 2016 Challenge of the Month.
Here we see the goddess of spring walking through fields of snow, leaving behind clumps of grass behind her.

Here is my work in progress, ( http://imgur.com/rgClRpz )

This was really fun to do! I might do other seasons for fun. :)

Btw, this was done with colored pencils and pens. :P

Lovely painting :)

Great piece! I really love your character! The design of the clothing is nicely detailed and stylish and it goes well with your personified spring character! I love the clumps of grass because it shows that she has walked a long way! Great job and good luck with the competition:)

GhoulKitten responds:

Thank you so much! C:

This is pretty cool, love the concept. Best part of this piece is that it was done traditionally, good job.

GhoulKitten responds:

Thank you! I used to only do traditional for the longest time, but ever since I got the wacom tablet thingy, I've been learning to do stuff with it. :D It's nice, but I love sketching in pencil n traditional stuff a lot too.

Good Luck it looks really good!

GhoulKitten responds:

Thanks! :D

The idea of the clumps of grass is pretty clever!
I also really like the line work on the character ^-^

GhoulKitten responds:

Thanks! :D I'm glad you like it dude.
