I've created a Saiyan OC which I've named "Tate". I know the name "Tate" is an irl name, but I've decided to use the word "Potato" as an excuse to use this name.
Anyway, I was inspired by Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 to make him. He still has his tail, so this will allow him transform to Super Saiyan 4.
Anyway, Tate belongs to me. Dragon Ball is property of Shueisha.
