Koko The Clown, Bimbo, Betty Boop, Popeye and Olive Oyl belongs to Max Fleischer.
Felix the Cat belongs to Pat Sullivan and Otto Messmer.
The Wolf, Red Hot Riding Hood and Droopy belongs to MGM/Tex Avery.
Rocky and Bullwinkle belongs to Jay Ward.
Mighty Mouse belongs to Terrytoons/20th Century Fox.
The animators really need this kind of creative control over their cartoons again.
