I'm rating this a 2. It's not the most solid of art styles. But the girls colors are solid. Very good choice on them. They go nicely. Unfortunately you choice of where to shade left part malformed. Her breasts are flat in a way that makes them seem like pancakes. Since it seems the light if higher up it would make more sense to have more shadow wrapping around her breasts. The background is interesting. More interesting than the character in the center. I also think that you went with a rendered optical flare for her eye. This sort of drowns out her face and seems a bit unnatural. Good luck with your art friend.
