Say hello to my character, Amber!

an arcangel whom was cast down onto the world of New City when she started to realize the unjust abuse of justice that her fellow angels and the divine, Mother Divinity was doling out onto the clueless inhabitants on the world below.

Arcangels are Mother Divinity's strongest guardians who get the deed to descend down onto New City with her blessing to protect them from the corrupt spiritual energy that exists in the thriving world TO reap the most impure of people who unfortunately thought they could get away with their rather questionable misdeeds. They descend. They reap. They leave, as they're forbidden from lingering in New City for any other reason besides their duties AND It is their duty to do as they're told, not to question... So what if said duties were put upon them with not so good intentions to begin with.

The now exiled Amber having zero experience living in a civilization, as shes lived her life following orders from Mother Divinity reaping "corruption" whenever she was demanded to, struggles to adapt and adjust on her own. Until she met a peculiar odd looking person with crazy unruly hair and said person would go on to be her greatest and closest ally in a very unfamiliar world.

"Welcome to New City" is a fictional world I've created for my characters to exist in that has been built an improved on as the years past by me! So a few days ago i realized that i haven't drawn any of my characters for a YEAR and its because my artstyle was improving but my characters designs WEREN'T. so im taking it upon myself to redesign/improve ALL of my characters designs and im calling it ;

RESIDENTS OF NEW CITY

BUT im doing it in a way where i can turn it into a little series of Character Sheets/Profiles so i can get two things done together in a rather fun way!

• Redesigning my characters, making them more appealing for me to draw more art of em
• INTRODUCING my characters to people whilst injecting small bits of lore of the world ive created via their bio.

you can actually see Ambers old design in the sole art i've tagged on along with this post! she actually used to be called Jenny but well i decided to be a bit more creative. AH of course!! The next character to get this treatment is actually my VERY FIRST character i made who used to be a self insert but became so individualistic in their own existence that i just gave em the good ol OC special treatment~ That character is Dante.
