I was spiraling into depression during the holidays but then Knox showed me a movie called Nutcracker Fantasy
It is a Rankin-Bass film commissioned by Sanrio and you can watch it on Youtube (or in HD on Prime Video). It is loosely based off of Tchaikovsky's Nutcracker Ballet and a cute film if you enjoy Rankin-Bass movies.
I also recommend checking out the original Japanese OST as this movie originally aired in Japanese
I'm getting massive Revolutionary Girl Utena/Steven Universe vibes from this and I am all for it.
