New Neon Jab Sprites

Part of the refinements I've been making to the attack system recently. All of Neon's attacks will be larger, flashier and faster than what they currently are in the demo. Why? Because it's cool.
The new animations have just as much detail and personality as the old ones, if not more, while also being much faster and snappier; befitting for a character like Neon! Awesome stuff, my dude. I think directly comparing them with the old ones really shows how much you've done with them!
Oh, I get it; they're 'light' attacks
