The premise is at it follows:

The Anarchy Sisters decide to do scuba diving with their new suits(which are colored after their clothes),then they decide to try an new function;the strip is an obvious homage to that one Spy Kids 2 scene

Notice the characters are off-model compared to my newer drawings,since I used the designs of the ending credits from the anime
