Hi everybody! Another week has come and gone. I wasn't able to put in the time I would have wanted into work. A lot of going back and forth with some projects got me feeling a bit lost. This sometimes happens when I hit a wall on a project and it occupies all my mental bandwidth.

I wanted to do the sketches anyway because they act as an anchor. Through the years I've had projects similar to this one, and when things get busy I simply stop, instead of trying to keep it up. For some reason it feels completely different now and I feel compelled to get my sketch in even if it's an incomplete WIP. I think I've lost all the expectations I used to have for my work that weighed on my mind and got me insecure about it. It seems I've grown a bit as a person and as an artist.

I wonder for how long I'll be able to keep this up, but in the meantime I'm having tons of fun.

I also got my secret santa assigned, so I'll aim to have it at least halfway done this week, if I can carve out some time.
