Inktober #24 Blood Monkey

Share

Staples in our serum. Poison in our blood. PFOS coated toys - we give to our cubs. Greed it killed the water. Gave us chilling mugs. Why are we still monkeys? Monkeys still have love.

Whats happening in the pic?

Cyberdevil responds:

Hmm not sure... don't recall what I thought when I made it. May be a symbol of the human burden. Caged in by gold, with bars made of blood, for stars more than love...

I'm thinking of 12 Monkeys too for some reason, may have had something to do with it. Also a good; dystopian movie.

I'm liking this style. You should do more.

Cyberdevil responds:

Thanks man. :) I am actually drawing this year too, though a bit simpler stuff, thinking I might just upload 'em all as a collage at the end of the month.

Nice

This was really nice it has an artistic feel about your art style seems to get better and better, and you leave a small "POETIC" wording below so this was really nice and the colors seem to come together well with this one, very nice work here it was a nice sight This is one piece I dont think it needs any changes as it was a pleasent piece, and glad to see you putting some decent quality into these art pieces

Cyberdevil responds:

Mmm, I ought to keep my drawing skills alive a bit too, it's been a while.

As always thank you for the in-depth review X, and glad you liked the complementary poetic scribbles too!
