(The gay person does not speak English. He speaks Romanian, but it has been translated into english for the purpose of this post so that you would be able to understand it. In the scenario, the gay person was speaking his native tongue, to which the straight man replied instinctively in his native language, not yet realizing that the gay man does not speak English nor does he understand it. The straight man does realize the error in his dialogue and contacts a translator so that he may better understand the gay man.

After contacting a translator, he is able to communicate with the gay man. However the straight man is extremely homophobic and criminally dangerous. He shoots the gay man 37 times point blank with .45acp hollow point rounds, before fleeing on foot and dying in a 3 hour gunfight with local law enforcement)
