As Abigail tosses and turns to her belly being kicked, punched, and contracting she fears something is wrong with her baby, so she reaches for her phone to call an ambulance but something was wrong making her belly expand and strain. She lays on her side hoping that would make her belly feel better not realizing that laying on her side made things a lot worse for her but not for whatever is in her. she now realizes that whatever is in her is too big to fit through and is not human, she screams and cries as she feels her internal organs being ripped apart causing blood to leak out of her mouth. her screams are muffled as a creature rips through her tight skin leaving her body to lay there for the unfortunate neighbor to discover her corpse and the creature she just gave birth to.
