After waiting for what felt like an eternity, Anne Weying and the Venom symbiote finally began their hunt on Spider-Man during sunset and were able to catch him by surprise due to his spider-sense not working against the symbiote. The worn out Spidey had a hard time fighting the angry She-Venom, but after a long fight he was able to escape her wrath in the subway when he got on a train that rode by and went faster than she could travel at.
