It's an improvement from your earlier work, but I still think it could use some improvements. I don't like those circles, they're very distracting, and not in a good way. Also, backgrounds that use airbrush tools (or any brush that looks quite blurry) don't contrast well with cel-shaded characters.
Aside from that tho, I really am a fan of this character design. Sire. the ears have way too much detail in them comparend to the other parts of the body, which I've stated in a previous review doesn't work well. But aside from that, it looks neat. Overall, a pretty good improvement!
