Rocket Metal from Sonic the Fighters.

Modelled in Blender and textured in Substance

I had to do my own interpretations on certain parts since the only (official) reference you get is the low poly game model, mainly taking inspiration from classic Metal Sonic and modern Metal Sonic here and there.

Playing fighters on Gems Collection back in the day I thought it was weird that Rocket Metal only shows up in the intro, and you don't really see this design in anything nowadays which is a shame.
