A Celestial Being born from the explosion of a magnetar and plans to obtain Planetaurus so he and Pulsar can use him to rule the universe (maybe even other universes)

PULSAR

Gender: Male
Desc:
Similar to Magnetar, He is also a Celestial Being born from the explosion of a Pulsar and along side with Magnetar, plan to obtain Planetaurus so they both can use him to rule the universe (maybe even other universes)
