Rae is a robot who works the good vibes radio in DeeDee's city. She's often described as a Ray of Sunshine because of her outlook on life and dedication to making others happy.

Her torso is glass and lets you see into her large belly which is full of bomgoo, a fluid that is as essential to these robots as blood is to humans. But bomgoo has the added benefit of being able to be morphed into any object through transmutation however this is a very difficult skill for robots to master, so it usually serves as a liquid battery.
