This is Felicia Baagh, the feline behind the mask. For those new to my stuff, I'm a furry, and as such, most of my OCs are furry. This is especially true for my Rider OCs, and Felicia is one of them. She is actually one of the first Riders I've ever drawn unmasked, as I'm actually quite inexperienced with drawing furries. I've been getting a lot of practice since then, and am much more comfortable drawing them. In order to transform, Felicia uses the DNA of animals from the feral era, back when humans ruled the Earth. She uses the DNActuator along with the DNAniRiser. It grants her the strength those animals yielded in that era, a strength that was lost on the common people when evolution branched off into the furs that roam the Earth today.
