Very nostalgic for me, since I loved Yoshi's Island as a kid and still do. The psychedelic background is awesome and the fuzzies are drawn well and are very cute. However, I have two slight issues with how you drew Yoshi.
First of all, he only has one eyelid. Or perhaps one eye is supposed to be wide open, I don't know. Either way, it looks kind of funny.
Secondly, his boots have always been yellow on the bottom, but they're not here. A little detail to easily overlook, I suppose, but they should be yellow on the bottom.
A couple of tiny issues, but I really enjoyed this artwork, nonetheless!

One of my favorite parts of Yoshi's Island is when he gets all drugged up and dizzy when he touches the fuzzies, haha. I love when the background wiggles n' stuff!
Maybe he's allergic to them, either way he's tripping though
