It's always a great idea to give teenagers superpowers!

In all seriousness, while again, DG has more of that goofy and serious superhero mix, what I love about superhero stuff is the dark center that goofy superhero shenanigans hides (A la the Incredibles).
DG is not too thrilled with being a sidekick and a late hero and that causes some friction with Felyna.

Luckily, they're both best friends and can solve it.

Admitedly, in the DragonGirl rewrite I need to use Felyna more. She was based on a friend I don't contact much anymore, but she kinda became her own character post redesign.
