the first drawing isn't actually too far off from how i usually draw rayman, but i did kind of go for a "colored edition of a black-and-white comic book" look. think the special releases of the sam and max comics.

the batch of three were all done in one go since i was having fun drawing them! they're kind of done in the same spirit as the first, but they're a bit more pastel looking.

the doodles really go to show that rayman is my go-to for when i have no idea what to draw. that was my thing in 2023, i'd just draw whatever and see if anything comes out of it and MAYBE finish some of it. i wanna have a more calculated approach to my art this year, since i don't think i'll get the most growth out of my art skills otherwise.
