For Halloween last year, Faye and Phoebe dressed as a witch and fairy respectively. However, this year, I decided to give the twin maidbots matching costumes, in the form of "retrofuturistic metal faceless robots", akin to the Twins from Atomic Heart, Lucy from Reverse 1999, and Sorayama's robot pinups. The Twins, naturally, were the main inspiration for the twins' outfits. However, I tried to make the designs look more like costumes, like with my other artwork for this Halloween, by having Faye's face slightly visible through the mask, the elf-like ears untouched, and Phoebe only partially-dressed (not wearing the mask or gloves yet).

Faye is standing ready for the camera, wearing a rather chic beret and jacket on top of the metallic bodysuit straight out of the 22nd century. Phoebe's not quite sure on the choice of costume now that she's actually putting it on. "Are you sure I can see through this mask, Faye?"
