While terribly late with respect to sleeping on time, I managed to make something for Chief Haldeman's 98th Birthday today. While I had a lot of respect for him since I first learned about him in early 2020, I recently learned he also wanted to expand ARPAnet to the average American during President Nixon's second term. Perhaps that would have cemented a Free Internet Culture and the Desktop Experience as the Default.
The motif for his Birthday Cap and Balloon is based around the design I made for Jo Haldeman's skirt a few years ago instead of my usual Birthday Cap & Balloon customisation. The background is from the 13th Film in Chief Haldeman's Super 8 Collection.
