Can He Ever Love Me? (Bardasia)

Share

"Will he? Can he? Will I forever live under his late wife's shadow?"

And will we ever end up together?

No, I think not

It's never to become

For I am not the one

Angst. 🥲 This is a fanart for a RP between me and AnaLee94, set in an AU of mine where the Planet Vegeta wasn't blown up by Frieza and Bardock's miserable life continued. Gine still died during the childbirth of the twins, Turles and Kakarot, and Bardock engaged in self-destructive behavior for a while in his grief. In this spiral, he meets Hanasia, whom shares a similar temper to his. The two loathe each other at first, but after a couple of confrontations, they develop a mutual respect. Bardock comes to appreciate Hanasia's company better, and the feeling is mutual, but things get complicated when the woman starts developing feelings for him. Bardock is still attached to Gine's memory, which makes him clueless to Hanasia's attraction at first. Once he starts developing feelings for her, Bardock goes into an inner conflict, while Hanasia feels insecure about herself for the first time in her life, wondering if he could ever love her as much as he loved Gine.

Lots of drama. 🫠😭
