The overall composition is alright.
Your shading needs a bit of work. On surfaces like hair and the horn the highlights need to be much more intense and saturated.
try to avoid using the colour black for shading colours. Instead try using the multiply tool or darker more saturated tones. For example: the shading on the skirt could be slightly purple tinted or a more saturated blue.
Overall the colours on the character should be more saturated and bright.

With the Pin Up vote for MLP characters, I've done all the world's effort, and taking advantage of my free day to the top, to our beloved Sunset Shimmer.
I was not used to doing Pin Up with the MLP characters, but I think that, for the first time, I have not done anything wrong
