Akashic Ansible

The Akashic Ansible is a quantum computer which has the power to create a completely accurate account of real events in the past, present, or future. However, if used without a very specific target event in mind, it will produce heaps of irrelevant data, including the respiratory functions of every insect in the given area, meteorological data for visible planets across the milky way, or even the architectural stability of structures on a molecular level.

Since this computer could also be used to acquire potentially infectious information about ancient humans, it is currently secured deep within the ESPRD headquarters and may only used by government officials in what they deem to be a national emergency.
