HO HO HOPE you become a Newgrounds Supporter this year!
We're working hard to give you the best site possible, but we have bills to pay and community support is vital to keep things going and growing. Thank you for considering!
A remastering of an illustration I did as a gift to my peers in a high school college-prep program I'm enrolled in. It's got tons of symbolism thrown in there relating to Latino culture, including
- the Huelga Bird of United FarmWorkers fame
- barbed wire from the border
- a heart of gold alluding to Victor Villasenor's book "Rain of Gold"
- A feathered headdress like that of Aztecs, Mayans, etc.
And of course, the fact that it's a freakin' Quetzalcoatl, or "feathered serpent"
