Well look who's going to be in love. Hotaru seems like the person who would get along with other gender. Despite all odds, she just can't stand hurting others, like if love literally hurts, physically, because she's a cyborg who is loyal to the mad scientist.

Actually, Hotaru, like the rest of her shrine maiden family, is a she. However, she has been taken by her father, after the divorce has been made, leaving her sibling, Shirai, to be at her mother's side. Calling her a boy just makes her blush even further, for a bisexual cyborg.
