Powered up ghosts in Classic Style (Pac-Man Arrangement)

Decided to remake the upgraded ghosts from Pac-Man Arrangement in the classic style. I know they aren't bigger (Mostly) but they work IMO.

Pinky's bunny ears were originally made by @304141 on Scratch.
