Glad to be done in time :D
I feel like I should explain my concept a bit. I randomized the Pokémon Fusion thing for a while and grew quite fond of Cubones skull. The second Pokémon of my choosing ended up being Venusaur because of the rather contradicting themes of these Pokémon.
Venusaur, with its body covered in plants, is a beacon of life. Cubone, with its tragic backstory and bone theme, presents the theme of death like no other.
So what I wanted, was a Venusaur with dying plants and the iconic skull. The flower on top would actually turn black when it dies (at least the actual flower on which this one is based does), but I felt that the darker red went better with the overall picture.
Sadly I'm not really feeling up for backgrounds at the moment, so this somewhat desert-y blur will have to do. At least it has a lens flare for dramatic effect.

I'm looking forward to the next Challenge of the Month, which will hopefully bring the same amount of fun.
