The Thief Meets the The Tip Top Cat

I'm not sure what Henry's more confused by - the vague deal or the talking cat.
But he's the most tip top, Top Cat! And he came and visited my imagination to draw him and Henry here together in this crossover. Although they're two different species, both Hen and T.C. can be sneaky and quick on their feet, although the former is not always so lucky due to some of the outrageous outcomes of his choices haha.
