Iah is a machine who can be seen wandering many places, a drifter.

He wears weirdly pristine Church of The Ultorians robes, and carries a staff with a golden ornament resembling his head.

Iah's background is rather mysterious, as we know which corporation made him (that being NeraTek Arms®), but we don't know the purpose he was made for. Though It's heavily implied he was made for Ultorian purposes, as the robes fit his proportions perfectly, and the custom staffs having an ornament that resembles the owner was a common thing among Ultorians before the fall of them.

Iah has a bird-like appearance, similar to modern Plague Doctors.

Iah is very peaceful and slow-going. However, he does keep his distance, and approaching him will only cause him to move away or leave. This is probably because of thieves and all-around bad people trying to kill him and steal his equipment, as he does have the valuable 24 carat gold staff ornament, and the pristine robes, as a few Accused people have admitted to "attempting to rob a bird man". perhaps they've ruined his trust in people.
