Luther was bred to be a cybernetic federal agent. His eyes use cloud computing for facial recognition and everything he sees can be monitored at HQ. They had to be installed when he was being grown in vitro or his body would've rejected them, however, the technology entered obsolescence a mere five years after he was born. Now, he's forced to contend with criminals packing more advanced and easily installed cyber augmentations which have become widely available in the black market. Having spent the majority of his life in training and seclusion, his social skills are severely lacking. Because his destiny was decided before birth and the public at large view cyber agents with contempt, he is quite reluctant, but he must carry out his duties since the agency provides him his home and could reprimand him quite viciously for acting out of line.
