Something I really like to do, and feel an obligation towards, is filling in gaps where fan-art doesn't tend to exist. Case in point, Fawn Deer from Disney's "Bonkers."

For many many cute furry ladies you will find dozens of portraits and pinups, including ones for Rouge the Bat, Sally Acorn, Gadget Hackwrench, characters from the Goofy movies, Tanya Mousekevitz, and of course Lola Bunny. Even a ton for seemingly obscure characters like the ever popular Julie Bruin, who was a one-off character who showed up for one segment of one special episode of Tiny Toons, gets dozens of pictures and portraits.

But sadly, another adorable anthro-gal, Fawn Deer, has almost no artwork to speak of, yet she showed up multiple times compared to other, more popular characters. So I wanted to help out the community by giving Fawn the recognition she deserves, and make not one, but TWO portraits of her, to hopefully jump start a resurgence for her. I'm not sure if ChadRocco has ever done a Familiar Faces episode on Fawn, but I don't think so, and I'm pretty sure he never drew her either. Nowthat is surprising.
